- Handmade so there will be differences and imperfections
- Made from Reeds grown in the Gambia, entwined with discarded plastic mats
- Leather is from St Louis, Senegal
Dimensions
Dimensions are not uniform and will vary between 5-10%. Baskets are woven by many weavers living in different villages. They will have their own technique and style but will try their best to weave to a “ standard”
- Extra Small: height 13cm / diameter 13cm
- Small: height 15cm / diameter 18cm
- Medium: height 20cm / diameter 23cm
- Large: height 25cm / diameter 30cm
